This was the final project of first year. We had just completed designing ergonomic bottle brush handles.
This brief was to design a improved handle with the wall thickness not being more than 5.00 mm anywhere. It still had to be a simple two part mould.
The solution I came up with was a rather intricate two part mould, with clever gating. This way I was able to still have a ergonomic handle that would fit the user’s hand.
